Grand Opening: Wednesday!

If you’ve been following our blog or social media at all over the last few weeks, you probably noticed we’ve been working on something super exciting at STRIDE. Well, the day has finally arrived and we are ready for the big reveal!
*Drumroll please….*

STRIDE is very excited to announce that we have become an official CrossFit affiliate and are now the proud home of CrossFit Swift Current!!

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit in an international fitness phenomenon that has taken the world by storm. It emphasizes functional movements that can help an individual become more proficient at tasks ranging from putting a child in a carseat all the way to making them a better firefighter.
CrossFit is accessible to all ages, experience levels, and abilities. At CrossFit Swift Current, our goal is to foster a supportive environment with top quality instruction. We vow to emphasize proper mechanics and safety in order to build well rounded physical skill sets among our members. We guarantee CrossFit Swift Current members will develop a strong sense of camaraderie and have a whole lot of fun!
Membership Details:
  • A one month membership ($150) allows you access to one class a day. You will have preferential access to the class time that you initially register for when purchasing your membership.
  • To keep class size small (6 per class), we ask each member to reserve their spots in the class times of their choice by Friday at 5pm for the upcoming week. At that point, any openings not taken, are up for grabs by other members.
  • Your membership fees also allow you unlimited access to “open gym” times to come in and work out and practice your techniques. Open gym times are scheduled as follows:
    • 11am-4pm Mon/Tues/Thus/Fri
    • 2pm-4pm on Wednesdays
  • Class times are scheduled as follows:
    • 7am-8am daily Mon-Fri
    • 4pm-5pm daily Mon-Fri
    • 6pm-7pm daily Mon-Fri
  • Every CrossFit Swift Current member is required to attend the “On-Ramp” program prior to starting a full membership. This includes 4 – onehour sessions over a two week period to give you an understanding and allow you to practice the fundamentals of CrossFit to ensure your safety.

Other good stuff to know:

  • Our first On-Ramp program begins November 2 and will run Monday/Wednesday for two weeks during your chosen class time (7am, 4pm, or 6pm)
  • Normally, there will be a $60 fee for the On-Ramp; however, as a special offer for the inaugural month, we are providing the On-Ramp program FREE OF CHARGE!
  • Book your membership/on ramp by calling 306.778.7770 or emailing info@hityourstride.ca. Please provide your name, email address and phone number. All fees for November 2 start date need to be paid by October 29. If not, you run the risk of losing your spot to someone on the waiting list.
