Hayley is our newest STRIDE staff member and is joining our highly skilled exercise therapy, personal training, and strength & conditioning team.

Hayley was born and raised in Swift Current and graduated from the Swift Current Comprehensive High School.

Growing up, she played nearly every sport and was on a number of local teams including Ardens basketball and volleyball, United Soccer, and AA Midget Titans hockey.

Every fall and spring, when she wasn’t out on the ice, court, or field, Hayley could be found out in the hills hunting with her dad and fishing in the summer – activities she still enjoys today.

Her love of sport and penchant for being physically active, is what drove Hayley to successfully complete a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan. During her time in university, she gained an even deeper appreciation for the human body and what it was designed to do and the amazing things it can accomplish with the right training.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys watching her sister play hockey at the U of L, spending weekends at the cabin, watching any kind of sporting event – live or on TV, traveling, and visiting with friends and family.

Hayley’s professional goals include finding the unique motivation each of her clients require to achieve their best and crush their fitness goals; whether that be by providing encouraging words, being a calm presence, or being a drill sergeant! Hayley, like all team STRIDE members, values lifelong learning and plans to further her education and credentials in her field; and will be completing her CSEP-CEP certification in the next few months.

Like all STRIDE members when first joining the team, we put Hayley through the infamous “STRIDE Interview” to get to know her better…
