Personal Training

The Details:

  • each session is 60 minutes
  • your first appointment will be an “Initial Consultation” at $60 for individuals or $40 each for a group of two.  Subsequent sessions can be booked at a rate $40 for individuals or $30 each for a group of two
  • you will receive customized programming & coaching to help you achieve your health and fitness goals
  • sessions are scaled to your ability; whether you’re recovering from an injury, have a specific medical condition, are a weekend warrior, or a high end athlete…personal training sessions at STRIDE are for everyone
  • your fee also includes one month access to STRIDE‘s open gym times (ask your trainer for the times available) and each time you re-book a session, you are eligible for a new month of access

What to Expect:

  • the first session will include a consultation and movement screen to find out who you are, what your baseline is, and what your health and fitness goals are
  • your second session and beyond will involve you moving toward your goals with hard work using your customized program
  • please wear comfortable clothing and footwear
  • for your convenience, our facility has showers, lockers, and is fully wheelchair accessible
