In-Clinic Appointment Protocols

Before your appointment:

  • In advance of your appointment, it is strongly encouraged that you create and log in to your Jane account. If you have been to the clinic before, or already have an appointment booked please do not create a new account. This would mean you already have an account, but if you are having trouble logging in, please call 306-778-7770 or email info@hityourstride.ca for assistance. Once logged on, please ensure your intake forms, insurance/benefits forms, and payment methods are complete and up to date.
  • If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, we ask that you please be considerate of the time of our staff and other clientele by providing a minimum of 24 hours notice, so that we have a chance to contact someone else and fill that appointment time.

The day of your appointment:

  • We ask that people please be on time, arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Then we can do our best to stay on schedule for everyone!
  • You are encouraged to pay online, over the phone, using the tap feature of your card, or if you have a health plan ensure you have your information with you and our administrative staff will try to direct bill for you. However if this doesn’t work, you will have to pay the day of the appointment and submit the receipt to your plan yourself. Cash and cheques will also be accepted if necessary.

Additional measures in place to ensure everyone’s safety include:

  • We no longer are following any formal Covid-19 guidelines at the clinic. However if you are ill, for the safety of clients and staff, we ask that you consider switching to a virtual appointment or rescheduling. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you, once you are feeling better.
  • We will continue to supply medical grade masks and hand sanitizer to client’s who wish to use them.
  • Staff will wear masks at their own personal discretion, however if you would prefer that we wear one, just ask and our staff members are happy to do so!
  • As staff we will continue to use hand sanitizer, wash our hands regularly, and sanitize the treatment rooms after each appointment with hospital grade cleaner.
