Class Description:

  • A fun, 45 min group workout that emphasizes functional fitness in a friendly and supportive atmosphere
  • High intensity interval style training to improve strength, mobility and cardiovascular health
  • While we workout together as a group, everyone works out at their own, personal level with a variety of scale options made available
  • Things you might see programmed into class: barbells/plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, boxes, rowers, bikes, rings, rig work, body weight movement, games, and more!

Other details:

  • to keep our immune compromised clients in the facility safe, we have a continuous masking policy in place. Don’t have a mask? No problem. We can provide one for you
  • you will be emailed a brief, online pre-screen to complete 24 hours in advance of each class. If you don’t do it online ahead of time, you can do it verbally with our coach when you come in
  • a quick temperature check will be completed upon arrival  
  • no refunds, credits, substitutions, transfers, or extensions, except in the event of coach illness/absence
