Meet Terrell

Hey, I’m Terrell — a Physiotherapist who grew up in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, and completed my training at the University of Saskatchewan. During my program, I gained experience across orthopaedics, acute care, and community neurology, and I also completed an honours research project in biomechanics — a background that really shapes the way I understand movement, injury, and rehab today.

I was drawn to physiotherapy after seeing close family members go through serious injuries and witnessing the impact that good rehab had on their lives. That experience motivates me to help people navigate their own recovery with patience, clarity, and confidence. I enjoy working with all ages and conditions, and I really value the variety that outpatient orthopaedics brings — no two people present the same way, and no two plans should look the same either.

My approach to treatment is built on the idea that rehab should fit the person, not just the diagnosis. There is no one-size-fits-all formula. Every individual responds differently to exercise, manual techniques, and load, and part of my job is helping you find what works best for your body. If you’re feeling nervous about starting therapy, that’s completely normal. We work together as a team, and I’m here to guide, support, and help you see that you already have what you need to make meaningful progress.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me outdoors — camping, fishing, hiking, or exploring new places. Fun fact: I love to cook, and trying new recipes has become one of my favourite ways to unwind.
