Meet Hardika
Hardika is a physiotherapist with a strong commitment to helping people regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities that matter most to them. Originally from Gujarat in western India, she brings a deep appreciation for family, community, and empathy into her clinical work.
Hardika completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in India and has been practicing since 2021. Her experience spans private practice and in-home patient care, allowing her to develop a balanced, adaptable approach to rehab. She focuses on understanding each patient’s unique needs and goals, and she builds treatment plans that are clear, collaborative, and evidence-informed.
Her philosophy is simple: therapy should feel safe, supportive, and empowering. She understands that starting physiotherapy can be intimidating, and she works hard to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and encouraged at every step. Progress—big or small—is something she celebrates alongside her patients.
Hardika especially enjoys working with individuals who are motivated to improve their function and return to the activities they love. She is passionate about making a positive impact, staying curious, and helping people build long-term confidence through movement.
Outside the clinic, Hardika is a dedicated fiction reader who can finish a 400-page novel faster than most people get through a TV series. When she’s not supporting her patients, you’ll find her curled up with her Kindle, diving into her latest romance read.
Education
2016-2020
Veer Narmad South Gujarat University
I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in India from 2016 to 2020. As part of my training, I completed clinical internships across a variety of hospital and outpatient settings, including orthopaedic, neurological, and post-surgical units. These experiences provided strong hands-on skills and exposure to a wide range of patient presentations, reinforcing my commitment to helping people improve their movement, confidence, and overall quality of life.
