How the Scanning & 3D Printing Process Works

The custom bracing process begins with a non-invasive digital scan of the involved limb, completed in-clinic. This scan captures detailed anatomical information without the need for casting or moulding.

The scan data is then used to design and 3D print a custom brace using durable, lightweight materials. Once fabricated, the brace is fitted and adjusted as needed to ensure comfort, proper support, and ease of use.
