01

Do the Basics Well

We focus on doing the fundamentals exceptionally well — clear assessment, meaningful movement testing, red-flag screening, and treatment plans that actually make sense. No over complication, just evidence-informed care that builds confidence and helps you understand what’s going on and how to move forward.

03

Use a Holistic Approach

Your pain isn’t just about your tissues — it’s shaped by stress, sleep, activity, beliefs, and the realities of your daily life. We look at the whole picture and help you make small, meaningful changes that support long-term progress, not just short-term relief.

05

Detailed Assessments

We keep assessments simple, thorough, and meaningful. That means screening for anything serious, testing the movements that matter to you, and identifying clear baselines we can track over time. No unnecessary complexity

02

Clear Communication

You’ll always know what we found, what it means, and what the next steps are. We avoid fear-based language and explain things in a way that supports understanding, control, and reassurance. Good rehab starts with good communication — and that’s something we take seriously.

04

No Gimmicks

We don’t rely on miracle tools or trending treatments. No fear tactics, no overpromising. Just honest, evidence-informed physiotherapy grounded in education, coaching, and strategies that empower you rather than make you dependent on us.

06

Clear Plans

You’ll always leave knowing exactly what the plan is. We walk you through what we found, what it likely means, what to expect, and what you can work on between sessions. Every plan is collaborative, realistic, and built around your goals — not a one-size-fits-all template.

What We Do

At Stride Physio & Performance, our goal is to make physiotherapy feel straightforward, supportive, and genuinely helpful. We don’t believe in overcomplicating things or pushing quick fixes that don’t last. Instead, we focus on what consistently works: good communication, a meaningful assessment, and coaching people toward habits that support long-term change.

When you come in, we start by listening — really listening. Your symptoms are only part of the picture. Your stress, sleep, activity levels, routines, beliefs, and the demands of your day all shape how you feel and how you recover. Understanding that bigger context helps us build a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.

Our assessments are simple and systematic. We screen for anything serious, test movements that matter, and identify clear baselines we can measure over time. You’ll always understand what we’re looking for and why. If hands-on treatment is appropriate and something you’d like to try, we can incorporate it — but never with fear-based explanations or the idea that you’re “out of alignment” or “damaged.” Those narratives don’t help, and they aren’t supported by good evidence.

What we know does help is clarity. After every session, you leave with a plan that makes sense: what we found, what it likely means, what the next steps are, and what you can start doing immediately to support your recovery. Our job isn’t to make you dependent on us — it’s to give you the confidence and tools to take control of your health.

We use a holistic, biopsychosocial lens because musculoskeletal pain isn’t just physical. It’s influenced by life, by context, by emotion, by expectations. Addressing those factors doesn’t replace exercise or movement-based rehab — it enhances them. And when patients understand their symptoms, feel heard, and feel supported, outcomes improve.

There are no gimmicks here. No fear tactics. No promises of miracle treatments. Just evidence-informed physiotherapy delivered with honesty, empathy, and a commitment to doing the basics exceptionally well.

Whether you’re managing an injury, dealing with persistent pain, or trying to build healthier habits, we’re here to support you every step of the way — with a clear plan, a supportive partnership, and a grounded approach that puts you, the person, at the centre of the process.
