Remote Wellness & Health Coaching (TrueCoach Platform)

Our Remote Wellness platform provides individualized health coaching, exercise guidance, and education through the TrueCoach app, allowing you to receive structured support wherever you are. This service is designed for people managing persistent pain, long-term health conditions, or those who want ongoing coaching to build sustainable habits around movement, activity, and health.

Care is delivered remotely by qualified healthcare professionals and coaches, with a focus on behaviour change, self-management, and consistency over time—not quick fixes.

Why a Remote Coaching Model?

A growing body of high-quality research shows that digitally delivered care combining exercise, education, and one-on-one coaching can meaningfully improve pain, function, and quality of life—particularly for people with chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Large longitudinal data involving over 10,000 adults with chronic knee and low back pain show that 12-week digital care programs incorporating exercise therapy, education, and remote health coaching lead to substantial improvements in pain, with nearly 70% of participants achieving clinically meaningful change. Greater engagement with both exercise and coaching was associated with better outcomes, highlighting the importance of ongoing support rather than information alone. [1]

Randomized trials also demonstrate that app-based programs providing personalized, progressive recommendations—including physical activity guidance, strength and mobility exercises, and education—reduce disability more than usual care alone. [2]

Systematic reviews and meta-analyses further support the effectiveness of app-supported exercise and remote psychological and behavioural interventions, showing consistent improvements in pain, physical function, and quality of life. [3–6]

Taken together, this evidence supports a model that blends movement, education, coaching, and accountability, delivered in a flexible and accessible way.
