Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, Bells of Steel Kettlebells may be returned to Stride Physio & Performance within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition — free from damage, excessive wear, or modification — and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment once the product has been inspected and approved. Returns after 30 days or items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Currently we don't have the capacity to ship our store items. Purchases can be made at the clinic during clinic hours 8:30-5:00pm, M-F. 

Manufacturing Warranty

Bells of Steel Powder Coated Kettlebells are backed by a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers structural integrity only.

It does not include normal wear (such as minor paint or coating chips), misuse, or damage resulting from drops on improper surfaces. If a manufacturing defect is identified, Stride Physio & Performance will assist with assessment and coordination for replacement or repair according to Bells of Steel’s warranty terms.
