Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, Bells of Steel Kettlebells may be returned to Stride Physio & Performance within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition — free from damage, excessive wear, or modification — and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment once the product has been inspected and approved. Returns after 30 days or items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Currently we don't have the capacity to ship our store items. Purchases can be made at the clinic during clinic hours 8:30-5:00pm, M-F. 

Manufacturing Warranty

We guarantee to the original purchaser that Bells of Steel rubber hex dumbbells will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration specified below under normal residential use. Warranty coverage commences from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. The warranty applies only where the original purchaser retains proof of purchase.

Warranty Duration

• For residential (home) use: 3 years from date of purchase.

• For commercial or heavy gym/training use: 1 year from date of purchase. These time-frames reflect the durability expectations given typical use conditions. (Note: Manufacturer identifies a “1-year commercial & 3-year residential” warranty for straight-handle rubber hex dumbbells) Bells of Steel USA

• Warranty covers only structural defects and welding/assembly failures; surface wear, rubber chipping, fading, handles bending due to misuse, or damage from improper dropping are excluded.

What is Covered

• Cracks, fractures, or separations in the dumbbell heads or welds under normal use conditions.

• Handles that become detached from dumbbell heads due to manufacturing defect.

What is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (rubber surface wear, colour fading, chipping of edges).

• Bent or malformed handles caused by dropping the dumbbells onto hard surfaces, misuse, or improper environment.

• Damage resulting from modification, alteration, lack of maintenance, or use outside intended purpose.

• Any indirect or consequential damage (e.g., damage to flooring, injuries resulting from failure of equipment).

• Products used in commercial gym settings beyond the “commercial use” warranty term unless specified.

Warranty Claim Process

• Retain your original receipt or proof of purchase.

• At first indication of a defect covered under this warranty, contact us (the clinic or retailer) with details of the issue, photo documentation of the defect, and purchase information.

• Once approved, the product may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The replacement product becomes our property.
