  • Manufacturing Warranty

    Our clinic is pleased to offer the following warranty in line with the manufacturer’s coverage for the OssKin Evoke™ knee brace:

    • Frame & hinge components: The frame (rigid structure) and hinge components of the Evoke™ brace are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years from the original fitting for the patient. 

    • Soft components: Straps, liners, covers, pads, pins and similar soft parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from fitting. 

    • This warranty applies only to the original patient to whom the brace was fitted.

    • Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or modification, or alterations made by someone other than the certified clinician or orthotist. 

    • To make a claim: retain your original receipt or fitting documentation, contact our clinic with details of the defect, and allow inspection. If approved, the brace may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.
