Return & Refund Policy for Pillowise® Pillows

Comfort Guarantee (30 days) Your Pillowise pillow comes with a 30-day comfort guarantee, starting from the date you receive it. We ask that you allow 7 to 10 days for your body to adjust to the new cervical support before initiating a return or exchange. During this period, if you find the pillow is not the right fit for you, you may request an exchange for a different size (or colour within the same size) or a full refund.  

Return conditions:

• The return or exchange request must be post-marked within 30 days of receipt of the pillow. 

• The pillow must be returned in its original packaging/bag, along with your sales receipt and a completed Return & Exchange Form to Stride Physio and Performance.

• The refund will be issued to your original provider (e.g., the clinic or purchase point), who will then process the refund to you according to their policy. 

Currently we don't have the capacity to ship our store items. Purchases can be made at the clinic during clinic hours 8:30-5:00pm, M-F. 

Manufacturing Warranty (5 years)

In addition to the comfort guarantee, your pillow includes a 5-year warranty against material or production defects, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal changes in firmness, wear and tear, misuse, contamination, or damage after delivery. It also does not affect any statutory rights you may hold.

To activate your warranty:

• Retain your original invoice or proof of purchase throughout the 5-year period. Claims made without it cannot be processed. 

• Should you identify a material or manufacturing fault within five years, contact our clinic (or the provider) with the invoice, description of the defect, and any images required.

• If the claim is accepted, we will repair, replace, or credit the pillow according to the terms of the warranty.

General Terms & Conditions

• This policy applies to pillows purchased through authorized resellers (clinic/health-care providers) only.

• The comfort guarantee is solely for mismatch in size/fit, not for changes due to expectations of different performance.

• Refunds exclude original shipping and any import/custom fees where applicable.

• The policy may be subject to adaptation for Canadian purchases (taxes, duties, currency) — please check with our clinic for any regional terms.

• This policy does not override your statutory consumer rights under applicable provincial or federal law.
