Terrell's Background and Approach
Terrell grew up in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. He completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan from 2018 to 2022, graduating with great distinction, and his fourth-year research project was in biomechanics. His master's degree in physiotherapy at the University of Saskatchewan, from 2023 to 2025, included experience in orthopaedics, acute care and community neurology. During the program he served as treasurer of the student society and received the award for the highest academic average entering his second year.
Watching close family members recover from serious injuries with good rehab drew him to physiotherapy. Terrell values the variety of outpatient orthopaedics, where no two people present the same way. In his view, rehab should fit the person rather than a diagnosis, since bodies respond differently to exercise, manual techniques and load. If you're nervous about starting, he'll work with you as a team to find what suits your body.
Away from the clinic, he's camping, fishing, hiking or exploring new places. He also loves to cook and try new recipes.
